• United States: Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on customs.

• International: Shipping costs and times vary by destination. Exact rates are shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs

• International customers (including the U.S.) are responsible for customs fees, duties, and import taxes charged by your country.

• These costs are not included in our shipping rates and are non-refundable.

• UDUG Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
